Fairly clean, good value hotel, the location was magnificent so close to the coast as well as Boone. Its staff was helpful and kind. The breakfast for a diabetic. I've had a good stay for App State visit.

The rooms were modern and just the right size, with makeshift tables that added a nice touch to the setup - we really liked that. The staff was super helpful, friendly, and everything ran smoothly. 😊

Young black man at front desk was VERY nice and accommodating, however the two white women need training on how to best meet the needs of customers without utter contempt!

Peeling ceiling in corridor (5th floor), damaged ceiling in pool area. food strewed up and down corridors right up to the main desk, breakfast bar just ok. Customers were rather messy, however, you pay a young lady to keep things picked up and she stayed busy and yet the messiness was there. Also, we pay AAA a fee each year for services rendered which include lower prices at hotels among other things. We were told that everyone gets a break on the cost of the room at InnPlace. Something about that just doesn't seem quite fair.

Hot water was out, barely got spurts of warm, killed the experience.

The room was recently refurbished and reasonably large with a continental breakfast as well as a Jacuzzi. The location was favorable and unbeatable, conveniently located in a construction zone, making it easy to go everywhere. It was very close to Boone, NC, area attractions, and the coast.

The staff at InnPlace is the most amazing of any hotel that we have ever stayed in. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, relaxed, and fun. It is a very clean and well equipped hotel and the breakfast was always good. We will absolutely stay there again.

The staff was friendly and accomidating even when the reservation was somehow screwed up. They made sure to fix the problem

The hotel was dirty, in a state of disrepair, broken light fixtures, holes in the ceiling in the pool esposing insulation covered in black mold.

The property was absolutely great, with a favorable setting close to nearby restaurants and area attractions. The staff, from the manager to the mechanic, was amicable, helpful, and skillful. The hotel's location was convenient, close to everything in a beautiful area.

This was one of the worst places I have stayed. I can't believe hampton inn endorses this place. It was not clean, the heat in some rooms did not work; the overall facility was old, worn and in desperate need of updating.

I was very impressed with the facilities, the staff was great, the rooms were nice. We will definately be staying here on our next visit to boone, nc.

It is called the inn place but the sign says hampton inn so it was a little difficult to locate

The hotel was fairly clean with very friendly and helpful staff, from the manager to the mechanic. All staff members were good. I booked a newly renovated and large room with a jacuzzi. Everything was great, and I really enjoyed my stay!

This is our favorite hotel in the Boone area. The heated indoor pool is a comfortable temperature and the hot tub is amazing. The common area is beautiful, breakfast is much more than basic and fresh cookies with hot coco in the lobby is just another special little extra that makes this hotel our family favorite.
